How does the helpline work?

Over the phone our helpline advisor will perform an assessment of your situation and provide you with immediate help and advice or in more complex cases, the offer of a counselling appointment. You will need to provide information such as details of your debts, your assets, your income and living expenses. As this service is free, your debt situation is not worsened by the burden of fees.
