Website Launch Event
To the background sound of Guns & Roses "Sweet Child of Mine" the launch of the Children's Information Service Website took place at Betws Life Centre. Guests were invited from the council, the voluntary sector, childcare service providers and support workers.
Following a power point slide show highlighting the development of the site and a short presentation by the guest speaker Chris Howell, the group were invited to access the site using the Life Centre computers. Gaynor Griffiths, Bridgend CIS Information Officer then demonstrated how to add new information to the website.
